Payment Policy:
The Set fee for any Ministry Engagement is $10.00 per person in attendance to any "specialized event" i.e…
conference, seminar… workshop…. this fee is calculated by the process of determining the membership of the hosting
party… with the number of membership being the set expectation… for event attendance. This Minimum Policy is set
to be fair to all who may request ministry of Bishop or Dr. Rice. (We feel like every person should want to bless the Ministry
by at least $10.00 per person. Along with The set Minimum fee a General " love offering" taken up at Dr. Rice’s Discretion.
The $10.00 per person offering may be pre- requested in phases of half, full or after service is rendered. Please make sure
these terms are understood. (This fee may also be reduced if there is no conference fee charged or for very small ministries…)
However we vary seldom wave this Fee, because we believe in Sowing and Reaping Principles. If the Conference Fee is an issue…
We HOPE NOT, we however suggest that you ask the membership participant to seed the $10.00 conference stipend in advance.

Travel Accommodation’s

mode of transportation is to be other that vehicle, that fee will be set for the course of tickets to travel x 6. and is to
be paid for by the hosting Ministry . i e…Air travel…train…bus…) When we are traveling by Car a travel
allowance in the amount of $250.00
